Overview

StrictNATFix provides a plug‑and‑play networking box and a monthly connectivity service intended to improve NAT‑related multiplayer issues. By using our site or purchasing the box or subscription, you agree to these terms.

Purchases & Subscriptions

  • Box purchases are a one‑time charge.
  • The service subscription is billed monthly until canceled.
  • Displayed prices include VAT and UK shipping unless otherwise stated.

Billing & Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled through the customer portal or support.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Access remains active until the end of the billing period unless otherwise stated.

Returns (14 days from delivery)

  • You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
  • After approval, you have 14 days to send the box back.
  • Used boxes are accepted so you can test the service.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.
  • Refunds include the box and subscription; original shipping fee is not refunded.

Service Availability

We aim for reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Performance can vary by ISP, region, and network conditions.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the service for illegal activities, abuse, or to interfere with networks or services.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
